Submit: 2027 National Conference

The Aequitas Health National Conference is asynchronous and online: your presentation is released on Monday, January 18, 2027 — Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Submitting takes one 250-word abstract. Categories are open: research, community projects, advocacy, education, reflection — if it advances health equity, it belongs here.

Abstracts due Friday, August 14, 2026, 11:59 pm ET.
Decisions are rolling, with every decision out by August 28 — before ERAS opens September 2, so accepted presenters can list a national conference presentation on their residency applications. Your actual presentation isn't due until December 18, 2026. Accept now, present later.
